Guy Rouet, Senior Executive of the International Group No. 2 in the American World in (Street Furniture, Digital, Communication, Outdoor Advertising, Transport & Media), for more than 25 years, wished in May 2015, to found his own expert firm:

NEW START CONSULTING®, specialist and expert in recruitment, onboarding, support & training for companies, local & territorial authorities and individuals.

 

NEW START CONSULTING® accompanies all companies & their actors, in Audit, Process, Project, integration, Organization, Recruitment, Management, Project Management, HR , the Skills Assessment, Time and Priority Management.

 

The professional life of its founding director has been built within several companies and large national & international groups, around experiences that are all different but very enriching and complementary, with a single common thread, "accompaniment", enriched with concrete and fundamental tools.

 

During his directions of BU, his greatest happiness will have been that of having formed

all its collaborators and colleagues. The interest of having always brought very concrete solutions, methodologies and tools to apply.

To have accompanied them on a daily basis, so that as a team, they all succeedtheir goalsday and tomorrow.

In his various positions, he learned what teamwork is, what is the strength of proposal, exchange, diplomacy, sharing, respect for others, creativity,responsiveness, risk-taking, taking a step back and success.

 

It has also set up the Management and Sales professions through training, relying in particular on "concrete" and "specific" tools, with the aim of supporting as many people as possible on the way of success.

 

He has experienced change, success, the feverishness of the creator, the stress of turnover, the anxiety of over-activity or under-activity, days that are too short or endless, brilliant and sometimes negative experiences. But first of all and to get there, iHe will always have put into practice: ''Time & stress management''.

 

He also knew that it was imperative to bring a greater dimension to support and recruitment through concrete tools.and innovative. For this, he therefore wanted his firm to become a partner of certifying networks "TTI Success Insights" Lyons (Behavior & Factormotivation) &"HASEVS"Issy les Moulineaux (Method of colors) . Its network today brings together a little more than "10 specialist consultants " throughout France.
